Option 1:
Annualities 2024/25/26/27 under the following conditions 75% net customer
The vertical drawer must contain the following annualities 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 and the credits subject to transfer are only the tax codes 7718 and 7719 and accrued only by construction sites with the end of works (final SAL).
The liquidation will be divided into two installments:
The first installment will have the total value of the 2024 residue multiplied by 4, applicable to the other annualities, and will be paid by September. This is because in this first slot the transferee, still interested in the 2024 credits, wants to purchase homogeneously on all the annualities, making a single payment anyway.
The second will be paid thirty days after the first. It is important to underline that the same transferee will start working on the 2025-2027 vertical for the slots that will start in October and November. These slots will be assigned as a priority to already profiled customers, which is why it is essential to start processing the documents immediately. If the above conditions are accepted, it will be sufficient to sign the following documents:
• NDA and Privacy
• Mandate in favor of Comet Investment Advisor for commissions equal to 1% (one percent)
• Mandate in favor of the transferee advisor for commissions equal to 3% (three percent)
• Chamber of Commerce certificate of the company
• Updated tax drawer (credit monitoring)

Option 2:
For the years 2024/25/26/27 for tax drawers with amounts greater than € 100,000.00, even without 2024 at 80% minus 4% of commissions in favor of Comet Investment Advisor (net 76%), the liquidation takes place in 5 installments within 120 days from the date of signing the LOI;
For ten-year credits (any type) at 75% minus 5% commission in favor of Comet Investment Advisor (net 70%), the liquidation takes place in 5 installments within 120 days from the date of signing the LOI;
Signed: NDA and mandate, received the Chamber of Commerce certificate and the updated tax drawer (credit monitoring), the following documents will be sent to the transferor: the professional assignment and the LOI of the transferee, subsequently: the copy for acknowledgement of the non-possessory movable pledge contract of the tax drawer and the forced sale option (put option), these last two documents will subsequently be formalized by a notary.
Payment will be made in 5 installments within 120 days of the notarial signature, only after the payment of the last installment will the transferor transfer his tax drawer through a financial intermediary registered in the register pursuant to art. 107 TUB according to the procedure of the Revenue Agency.
It is emphasized that the transferor remains in possession of the ownership of his tax drawer until the liquidation of the last installment as will result from the deed stipulated at the notary.
The entire operation is carried out by means of a notarial deed with an escrow account and the notary will directly make the payments of the 5 installments, within 120 days, in favor of the transferor.
